Job Brief

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Vice President of Product Management to lead our Enterprise Product Suite – a cornerstone offering powering some of the largest Independent and Insurance Broker Dealers in the industry. This suite delivers sophisticated digital infrastructure and applications across Home Office, Advisor, and Investor experiences, serving firms with $20B to $500B+ in AUM.

Reporting directly to the Chief Product & Engineering Officer, you will define and drive the long-term strategy and execution for a highly consultative, complex platform that supports a modular, open architecture. You’ll be responsible for aligning product vision with go-to-market strategy, ecosystem partnerships, and enterprise customer needs—balancing platform modernization with rapid delivery of differentiated capabilities.

This is a pivotal leadership role with significant visibility and influence across the executive team, client relationships, and partner landscape.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Enterprise Product Suite, balancing strategic ambition with operational realities.
  • Drive portfolio-level decisions on investment allocation, modularization, technical modernization, and capability evolution.
  • Translate macro trends in WealthTech, regulatory change, and client behavior into actionable product strategy.

Market & Client Orientation

· Serve as a thought leader and market evangelist, with a strong POV on how enterprise broker-dealers can differentiate through technology.

· Engage directly with C-level executives at client firms to understand their business strategy and align our product investments accordingly.

· Guide the design of highly tailored product solutions with a consultative and customer-centric lens.

Cross-Functional Leadership

· Partner closely with Sales, Professional Services, Engineering, and UX to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of complex enterprise solutions.

· Drive pre-sales engagement in key opportunities, helping shape proposals and align client expectations with platform capabilities.

· Foster strong alignment with custodian and data ecosystem partners to ensure end-to-end value delivery.

Platform & Architecture

· Guide the evolution of our legacy monolithic platform toward a modular, open architecture anchored in data interoperability, extensibility, and scalability.

· Understand the foundational role of our data infrastructure—portfolio accounting, securities master, data pipelines—and how it powers upstream applications.

What You Bring to the Table:

· 15–20 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 10 years in enterprise SaaS and a track record of platform leadership.

· Deep understanding of the wealth management industry.

· Strong strategic acumen—able to define and defend a portfolio vision across internal and external stakeholders.

· Hands-on experience with enterprise sales motions, especially those that resemble professional services models or high-complexity consultative selling.

· Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and drive clarity in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

· Experience modernizing product portfolios and platforms, including decomposing monoliths into scalable modules.

· Excellent communication and executive presence; confident working with C-suite stakeholders and enterprise clients.

· Bachelor’s degree required, ideally technical (CS, Engineering, Math, or similar); MBA or advanced degree a plus but not required.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Combines market insight with product rigor—has strong opinions about where the market is headed and how to build to win.
  • A builder and strategist, equally comfortable crafting high-level narratives and diving into architectural diagrams or operational metrics.
  • Has seen the pain points of legacy platforms and knows how to evolve a product suite while supporting client continuity.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, mid-size company where leadership means owning the strategy and driving execution.
