Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a passion for data science, machine learning, and enterprise solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and delivery of reporting and analytics products that empower users with data driven insights. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and business teams to build scalable solutions, while staying at the forefront of emerging technologies.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in analytics and product management to shape cutting-edge B2B SaaS products with deep AI/ML integration and deliver exceptional value to our customers in the financial services industry.

This is a highly visible role and will partner with key business and technical leaders across the company, including sales executives, product leaders, and engineering development and architect leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: Own the end-to-end strategy and delivery of enterprise reporting and analytics, managing the roadmap to balance vision and execution while driving business results through alignment and rapid iteration.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data science and machine learning to inform decisions, improve product performance, and enhance user experience
  • Project Management: Manage projects from concept to launch, including writing technical requirements, performing gap analysis, and conducting user testing to ensure high-quality product outcomes
  • Build Products People Love: Create intuitive, user-friendly reporting and analytics solutions that resonate with customers, focusing on delivering exceptional value and seamless experiences.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Build products that not only meet user needs but also contribute to the company’s bottom line by driving adoption and generating revenue. Partner with sales and marketing teams to identify monetization opportunities and optimize product-market fit.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, design, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and successful market adoption
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to understand B2B customer needs and perform competitive analysis to ensure product differentiation
  • Innovation & Emerging Tech: Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technologies such as AI/ML to drive innovative product features and enhance data-driven capabilities
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all solutions meet relevant regulatory standards in the financial services industry
  • Customer Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Gather and analyze feedback from customers and prospects to inform future product development
  • Launch Management: Oversee product launches in collaboration with the marketing team, developing go-to-market strategies that ensure adoption and success

Skills & Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management or relevant experience in analytics, reporting, or a related field, ideally with experience in B2B SaaS products
  • Proven track record of using data science, machine learning, and data mining to inform product decisions and enhance reporting capabilities
  • Strong understanding of financial services and regulatory compliance is preferred
  • Ability to write technical requirements, develop prototypes, and work closely with engineering teams to translate business needs into product features
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to perform both qualitative and quantitative assessments of product performance
  • Proven experience in taking products from concept to launch, having successfully built and launched products multiple times from 0 to 1
  • Designed and delivered products that not only solve immediate needs but are also built to scale as business and user demands grow
  • Experience working with software teams to build systems that help future growth without compromising performance or quality
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a history of influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment with executive stakeholders
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance user needs with business goals
  • Experience working with emerging technologies, especially AI/ML
  • Experience in building data analytics products for financial services or fintech companies is preferred
  • Proficiency in using data tools like SQL, Python, or R for reporting and analysis is preferred
  • Must be local and available to work onsite in Needham, MA 3 days per week
