Job Brief

As the Director of Demand Generation, you’ll be responsible for owning and scaling our marketing engine. This includes managing paid media strategy (search, display, social, and retargeting), digital and in-person event strategy, overseeing lead nurturing programs in HubSpot, and aligning closely with Sales and Product Marketing to ensure campaigns are targeting the right audience, with the right message, at the right time. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on performance metrics and knows how to blend creativity with digital precision to drive pipeline growth.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

  • Own the demand generation strategy to drive qualified pipeline and revenue across target personas, segments, and verticals.
  • Lead and optimize paid digital programs including paid search, display, retargeting, and paid social — with an eye on performance metrics and ROI.
  • Manage and scale our marketing automation in HubSpot—including email nurtures, lead scoring, A/B testing, and attribution tracking.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Content to align campaign messaging and track funnel performance.
  • Forecast, measure, and report on campaign performance, conversion rates, and contribution to pipeline and bookings.
  • Continuously test and improve landing pages, ad creative, CTAs, and nurture flows to increase MQL-to-SQL conversion.
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with digital agencies, freelancers, and technology vendors as needed.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a small but mighty team focused on paid media, lifecycle marketing, and campaign execution.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 8–12 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 5 years in a demand generation leadership role.
  • Proven success in building and executing full-funnel digital campaigns that drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Deep knowledge of paid media strategy—particularly Google Ads, LinkedIn, retargeting networks, and programmatic display.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot for email marketing, lead scoring, segmentation, workflows, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS funnels, sales cycles, and attribution models.
  • Excellent analytical skills—you love data and using it to guide decisions.
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves, working cross-functionally, and leading both strategy and execution.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team, with a bias toward collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
