Job Brief
The CMO is a strategic leader responsible for driving Advisor360's marketing vision, strategy, and execution, aligned with our overall go-to-market strategy. This role will oversee a talented team, redefining the company’s brand and emphasizing our unique value propositions within the enterprise wealth management space.
This highly-collaborative, service-oriented individual will be energized by a hyper-growth environment, where the pace is fast and the ability to make a lasting impact is tangible. A people-first leader, the CMO will inspire his/her team to exceed targets in creative and innovative ways, keeping pace in a competitive market where things can change quickly. A problem-solver at heart, our ideal candidate has a track record for driving not just leads, but pipeline and revenue across every stage of the customer lifecycle in deep partnership with Sales and Services. The role involves deep collaboration with sales, product, and executive teams to position Advisor360 as the premier technology partner for growth-oriented financial institutions, setting new standards for innovation, reliability, and client success.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
Driving Revenue Growth and Customer Marketing
- Develop and communicate a clear multi-year marketing vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall goals, focusing on outcomes.
- Shape and guide the entire customer journey, particularly from an account-based marketing (ABM) perspective
- Collaborate with sales, sales engineers, and product teams to ensure a unified strategy across the entire customer journey.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our clients and prospects in market messaging.
- Communicate market trends and preferences, identifying new growth opportunities.
- Partner with the Product team to create go-to-market strategies for new products and services, as well as enhancements to existing solutions.
- Leverage marketing technologies to drive efficiency, that is aligned to the broader strategy.
- Lead the events team to align our sales teams at industry events that will enable lead generations
Drive Narrative around Content and Campaign Management
- Lead the development of account-specific content strategies aligned with ABM efforts.
- Shape and guide the customer journey with a focus on ABM.
- Ensure content is strategically developed and deployed to resonate with target accounts at every stage of their journey.
- Prioritize highly targeted and personalized content for key accounts.
- Map content and content to each stage of the buyer journey.
Brand Management
- Work cross-functionally with Product teams to carry forward our brand stories and develop a long-term scalable brand marketing strategy.
- Continuously monitor brand perception through market research, customer feedback, and social listening.
- Manage the relationship our external Public Relations team
Leadership and Management
- Lead and manage the Marketing Department, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and mentoring.
- Build and maintain a marketing budget, forecast, and timeline to ensure organizational alignment.
- Establish KPIs, set and track aggressive growth targets, and regularly report progress to the executive leadership team.
- Cultivate an accountable and high-performing marketing team capable of effective cross-functional collaboration.
Competitive Analysis
- Provide in-depth strategic insights to the executive team about the competitive landscape.
- Identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
Revenue Growth Metrics accountable for:
- Pipeline Acceleration and Velocity

- Marketing Spend Efficiency

What You Bring to the Table:
- 15+ years experience driving high-impact marketing programs in a fast-paced environment, enterprise software, and preferably in FinTech.
- Experience building measurement and attribution models to drive investment and marketing strategy.
- Deep understanding of the Enterprise Wealth Management space, including the sub-segments (IBD, Insurance, Bank Wealth, and RIAs).
- Ability to function as a player/coach.
- Demonstrated experience in product marketing, including messaging, positioning, pricing, competitive analysis, product launch management, GTM strategy, and sales tool development.
- Proven track record of delivering results, measured by dashboards and analytics.
- Experience in effective collaboration with sales to achieve results.
- Experience working with demand generation to create high-converting programs resulting in revenue.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to influence and work cross-functionally.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a deep appreciation for the power of precise language.
- SaaS/technical product marketing experience required; leadership experience at a public company preferred.
