Job Brief

Advisor360° is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Infrastructure team, responsible for building and maintaining scalable, secure, and resilient systems that ensure the high availability, reliability, and performance of our core platforms. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives on building infrastructure abstractions that accelerate developer velocity while ensuring security, operational excellence, and cost efficiency.

The right leader will bring deep experience in cloud infrastructure management, developer enablement, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), CI/CD systems, observability, and the leadership skills to grow a high-performing engineering team in a fast-moving environment. You will play a key role in shaping our hybrid-cloud architecture, scaling our platform, and fostering a culture of reliability, automation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the design and operation of scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud and hybrid infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and on-prem environments.

• Drive infrastructure reliability through proactive observability, effective incident response, and blameless postmortems.

• Partner with Security and Compliance teams to implement robust controls and meet frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

• Optimize resource utilization and lead cloud cost management initiatives using data-driven insights.

• Lead modernization efforts across infrastructure, including cloud migration, automation, and internal platform development.

• Mentor and grow a high-performing infrastructure team while fostering innovation, continuous learning, and engineering excellence.

Basic Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles, with 2+ years managing or leading infrastructure-focused teams.

• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and CI/CD automation.

• Deep understanding of system reliability, observability, incident response, and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to mentor engineers and work cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a technical field and/or experience leading cloud migration and modernization initiatives.

• Expertise in security best practices, compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001), and cost optimization at scale.

• Familiarity with service mesh architectures (Istio, Linkerd), microservices design, and developer enablement platforms.

• Contributions to open-source projects or engineering communities.

• Ability to drive cultural change around automation, reliability, and developer experience.
