Job Brief
Advisor360° is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Infrastructure team, responsible for building and maintaining scalable, secure, and resilient systems that ensure the high availability, reliability, and performance of our core platforms. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives on building infrastructure abstractions that accelerate developer velocity while ensuring security, operational excellence, and cost efficiency.
The right leader will bring deep experience in cloud infrastructure management, developer enablement, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), CI/CD systems, observability, and the leadership skills to grow a high-performing engineering team in a fast-moving environment. You will play a key role in shaping our hybrid-cloud architecture, scaling our platform, and fostering a culture of reliability, automation, and continuous improvement.
